Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is based on your height and weight (weight should be measured without clothing).
Generally, a healthy BMI ranges from 18.5 to 25. People with larger frames and more muscular physiques may fall outside the guidelines without being unhealthy.
BMI from 25 up to 30 is considered overweight. A BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese. Obese persons are also overweight.
Please see your physician if your BMI is more than 28.
